At Americans for Prosperity Indiana, we are dedicated to mobilizing grassroots activists to tackle our state’s and nation’s most pressing challenges. Whether you’re passionate about tax cuts, education freedom, regulatory reform, or other key issues, we empower Hoosiers with the tools and opportunities to drive meaningful change. From phone banking and door knocking to writing to your legislators or visiting the State House, we offer many ways for you to get involved. Our mission is to be the most effective grassroots organization in Indiana, creating a powerful impact through active civic engagement.

Education Freedom
The Vision – Every Hoosier student deserves access to an education that allows them to discover their unique talents, turn those talents into valued skills, and use those skills to create value for themselves and for others.
Tax Reform
The Vision – Tax reform is key to building a thriving society, allowing individuals to unlock their potential. By lowering tax burdens, we can remove barriers and empower people to tackle local and national challenges. This ensures government services provide the value Americans deserve while fostering economic growth.
Government Efficiency and Transparency
The Vision – Hoosiers deserve a more efficient, transparent, and accountable government. By ensuring all government agency and departments, adhere to transparency standards, we can safeguard public trust and protect Hoosier interests. An efficient government leads to a free market environment, that drives economic growth, innovation, and opportunity across the state.
Regulation Reform
The Vision – Government regulation should be limited, fairly enforced, and easy for the public to understand and comply with. Government should only use its regulatory authority where necessary and keep the rulemaking process open and transparent. Limiting the regulatory burden on Hoosiers will allow businesses, families, and individuals in Indiana to thrive in a more open and free society.
The Personal Option
The Vision – The Personal Option gives Hoosiers more choice and control over their health care, lowering costs and making it easier to see a doctor on their terms. By removing barriers to care and encouraging competition, it brings down costs and offers more flexibility, all without raising taxes.
Energy Abundance
The Vision – By cutting unnecessary red tape that slows the development of new energy technologies and infrastructure. We will work to streamline approval processes for energy projects, allowing for faster deployment of solutions that meet the needs of a growing economy. By removing barriers to entry and cutting bureaucratic hurdles, we can unlock new opportunities for energy innovation, job creation, and investment in Indiana.
